About

Jesse Mathes received her BA in Metalsmithing and Applied Design from San Diego State University in 2000, and an MFA in Jewelry and Metalsmithing from Indiana University in 2004 where she focused on large scale sculptural adornment.  She has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions around the United States, and has pieces in both private and public collections, including the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Swope Art Museum, and the Miami University Art Museum.  She currently resides in Colorado where she works as a professional artist.
